Specialising in Aviation architecture and design since 1997, Matthew brings extensive expertise in airport planning and the delivery of prestigious, time-critical Aviation schemes. As Vice Chair of the British Aviation Group, he continues to shape the future of airport design and development on a global scale.
Throughout his distinguished career, Matthew has led multidisciplinary design teams on numerous major Transportation infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the United States. His comprehensive understanding of Aviation architecture encompasses the full spectrum of airport planning, from initial concept through to successful delivery.
Combining design passion with intellectual rigour, Matthew applies extensive technical knowledge and proven leadership skills to every challenge. His ability to work effectively to budget whilst maintaining exceptional standards has established him as a respected figure within the Aviation sector. Strong internal and external communication capabilities, coupled with comprehensive organisational expertise, enable Matthew to deliver complex projects to plan successfully.

Tyrone serves as Pascall+Watson Architects’ Regional Director in the Middle East, based in the Abu Dhabi office. Working in the architectural industry since 1999 in the UK and since 2008 in the UAE, he has played a pivotal role in leading major high-profile developments throughout both regions.
His extensive experience encompasses specialist expertise in Aviation, Retail and Delivery sectors, combined with thorough knowledge of international building codes and operational requirements. Tyrone has developed a deep understanding of regional cultures and practices, positioning him as a trusted collaborator for numerous long-term clients across the Middle East.
A natural team motivator and problem solver, Tyrone utilises his communication and leadership skills to build strong teams and deliver exceptional results. His expertise extends to prefabrication system design, bringing forward-thinking solutions to complex architectural challenges.

Martin is a Director at Pascall+Watson Architects, specialising in aviation architecture. Since 2003, he has directed some of the world’s largest Aviation projects, earning prestigious national and international design awards for his work.
As an architect with extensive aviation expertise, Martin specialises in both large-scale greenfield developments and smaller scale terminal projects. He combines exceptional design and technical ability with focused organisational skills to deliver innovative solutions in highly complex environments.
Throughout his career, Martin has taken on successive leadership roles as both Lead Designer and Project Director on high-profile aviation projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. His work demonstrates versatility and depth of knowledge across the sector, and he also leads the practice’s Advanced Air Mobility initiatives.
Martin’s approach is characterised by his ability to navigate challenging brief requirements whilst maintaining design excellence. Since 2007, Elena has excelled in architectural design and project management, leading diverse projects from residential to large-scale commercial developments.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.
She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.
Kristina specialises in managing diverse projects across multiple regions, focusing on fostering strong teamwork and client relations.
Since entering the industry in 2014, she has worked on three continents, demonstrating her ability to tackle new challenges.
