Eamon is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project director with expertise spanning all stages of project design and delivery. Since 1998, he has led a diverse portfolio across the UK and the Middle East, encompassing major Transportation and cultural developments, as well as complex refurbishments and fit-outs.
His collaborative approach and technical proficiency enable him to guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering responsive and innovative design solutions across commercial and transport sectors. Eamon brings particular expertise in CDM and Health & Safety, valued since joining Pascall+Watson Architects in 2005.
Fostering a holistic approach to design, Eamon combines his leadership capabilities with deep technical knowledge to ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. His commitment to excellence extends beyond client work, he leads the practice’s staff CPD programme and actively mentors younger team members, contributing to the continued development of talent within Pascall+Watson Architects.
Pav has extensive technical expertise in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, with experience across London, Europe, and Asia. Specialising in workplace design, he collaborates with clients to create strategies aligned with their business needs and culture.
Since joining the industry in 2010, Pav has pushed design boundaries while optimising real estate and productivity, combining strong project management and coordination skills, all while leading AI advancement and integration R&D.
Satinder has been a Director at Pascall+Watson Architects since 2020. Since 2000, he has established himself as a strong leader across Higher Education, Commercial, Hospitality, and Science and Research projects throughout the UK.
His approach combines design quality with rigorous technical coordination, ensuring excellence throughout every stage of the design and construction process. Satinder has successfully designed, managed, and delivered both small and large-scale schemes, building enduring relationships with clients through his well-organised, committed, and efficient working style.
Satinder excels in stakeholder management and leading multidisciplinary design teams across new build, remodelling, and refurbishment projects. His technical knowledge and design expertise enable him to deliver unique and innovative solutions that meet complex client requirements.
Throughout his career, Satinder has demonstrated exceptional capability in developing strong client relationships and embedding himself within stakeholder engagement processes. His flexible yet focused approach, combined with his extensive sector knowledge, enables him to navigate complex project requirements whilst maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of architectural practice.
