Manuel is an experienced architectural leader and Project Director known for his success in delivering large-scale, complex projects. Since 2012, he has worked across several sectors including Rail, Custodial, and Workplace. However, since joining Pascall+Watson Architects in 2017, he has specialised in Aviation, where he brings both creativity and technical expertise to airport and major Transport infrastructure design.
Manuel is highly organised with strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail at every stage of a project. He is particularly skilled during early design phases, where his ability to balance innovation with technical requirements proves invaluable. His expertise extends to designing and delivering refurbishments, fit-outs, and new build schemes within live operational environments- a complex challenge requiring precise coordination and planning.
As a leader, Manuel excels in coordinating and managing large multidisciplinary teams across projects of varied scales. His excellent communication and presentation skills foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project delivery.
