University for the Creative Arts, Four Campus MasterplanUniversity for the Creative Arts

The strategic ten year masterplan study for the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) unifies the Canterbury, Epsom, Rochester and Farnham campuses and futureproofs the facilities to provide an enhanced offering to students.

Pascall+Watson developed the masterplans to engender a creative hub for all campuses, identify potential developments to support future growth and evolving pedagogies.

To create a truly sustainable campus we worked closely with UCA, to develop a comprehensive environmental plan exploring options to significantly reduce carbon emissions and instigate additional environmental measures.

In alignment with the masterplan, we went on to design the new Epsom Campus Art Studios and explore academic space efficiency. At the Farnham Campus, we have designed the new Film and Media Centre and Hopfield House.
