Andy has extensive experience in designing and delivering airport projects of varying scale and complexity.

Since 2000, he has led multidisciplinary teams, mastering airport systems and processes to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. His technical expertise and deep understanding of industry standards have allowed him to successfully manage challenging projects while sharing his established knowledge to support teams across the office.

Michael has extensive experience in the Science, Defence, and Education sectors.

Since starting his career in architecture in 1999, he has developed skills in designing, coordinating, and delivering complex projects that balance design aspirations with stakeholder operational requirements within project constraints. Michael’s expertise in technical design and project management ensures high-quality outcomes for all his projects.

Jonathan specialises in leading BIM initiatives across the practice, focusing on workflows that support the delivery of large and complex projects.

He entered the industry in 2008 and has since developed expertise in leveraging data and automation to improve efficiency. Jonathan has worked on major projects such as Manchester Airport, AWE, Red Sea Airport, and Al Maktoum, bringing leadership and innovation to every venture.

Gary specialises in integrating BIM and information management to enhance project quality and precision. With extensive experience in digital workflows, he ensures seamless data coordination throughout a project’s lifecycle.

A strong advocate for continuous improvement, Gary promotes team upskilling in BIM best practices to foster innovation and efficiency. His dedication to advanced digital solutions ensures the highest standards of accuracy and excellence in project delivery.
