However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Pav has extensive technical expertise in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, with experience across London, Europe, and Asia. Specialising in workplace design, he collaborates with clients to create strategies aligned with their business needs and culture.

Since joining the industry in 2010, Pav has pushed design boundaries while optimising real estate and productivity, combining strong project management and coordination skills, all while leading AI advancement and integration R&D.

He is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project manager, with expertise in CDM and Health + Safety, which has been valued since joining in 2005.
