Since starting in the industry in 2000, Tom has developed strong project management, design, and technical skills, particularly in airport terminal design. Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.
