Deborah, a key member of Pascall + Watson since 2006, has extensive experience across aviation, education, rail, and culture.

She played a crucial role in delivering the international airport in Larnaka, Cyprus, and has a strong background in commercial and residential sectors from her time in Dublin. Known for her ability to navigate complex project requirements, Deborah excels in collaborative team environments, especially in the final stages of construction.

Since 2003, Martin has led some of the world’s largest aviation projects.

He combines exceptional design and technical skills with strong organisational abilities, and delivers innovative solutions in complex environments. He has received numerous national and international design awards for his work across various sectors.

Wayne specialises in digital design, technology, and transformation within major infrastructure projects and programmes, leading a team focused on digital innovation.

He entered the industry in 2013 and has since become a leader in digital design strategy. Wayne studied under Prof. Peter Morris at UCL and has lectured on design management. He is also a committee member of the Design Technology User Group and an advocate for Women in BIM, promoting industry-wide collaboration and innovation.
