With a MArch in Housing & Urbanism from The Architectural Association, she has applied her thorough approach to all stages of a project, from feasibility to construction.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. She entered the industry in 2004 and brings strong design and technical knowledge, along with exceptional team leadership, organisation, and task prioritisation skills. Beatriz excels in coordinating all project disciplines within large multidisciplinary projects, developing projects through all phases with precision and expertise.

Vania specialises in aviation projects, bringing a wealth of experience in large-scale master planning, residential, commercial, and cultural developments.
