Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Since 2007, Elena has excelled in architectural design and project management, leading diverse projects from residential to large-scale commercial developments.

With expertise in BIM management, she integrates innovation into the design process to optimise outcomes. Elena’s strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing budgets and client relationships.

Pav has extensive technical expertise in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, with experience across London, Europe, and Asia. Specialising in workplace design, he collaborates with clients to create strategies aligned with their business needs and culture.

Since joining the industry in 2010, Pav has pushed design boundaries while optimising real estate and productivity, combining strong project management and coordination skills, all while leading AI advancement and integration R&D.

Michael has extensive experience in delivering major projects across various sectors in Ireland, the UK, and abroad.

While leading our offices in Dublin and Limerick since 2005, he is recognised for his problem-solving skills and his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams through complex logistical challenges. Michael fosters strong client relationships and collaborative environments, consistently delivering projects to budget and schedule.

Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

Gary specialises in integrating BIM and information management to enhance project quality and precision. With extensive experience in digital workflows, he ensures seamless data coordination throughout a project’s lifecycle.

A strong advocate for continuous improvement, Gary promotes team upskilling in BIM best practices to foster innovation and efficiency. His dedication to advanced digital solutions ensures the highest standards of accuracy and excellence in project delivery.

Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

With strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills, she excels in design coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking. Elisabetta’s career shift from broadcasting to architecture has enriched her multidisciplinary approach, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her projects.
