Jorge excels in coordinating stakeholders, ensuring quality control, and meeting client expectations. Passionate about mentoring, he supports the growth of junior team members while driving successful project outcomes.

Wayne specialises in digital design, technology, and transformation within major infrastructure projects and programmes, leading a team focused on digital innovation.

He entered the industry in 2013 and has since become a leader in digital design strategy. Wayne studied under Prof. Peter Morris at UCL and has lectured on design management. He is also a committee member of the Design Technology User Group and an advocate for Women in BIM, promoting industry-wide collaboration and innovation.

Jonathan specialises in leading BIM initiatives across the practice, focusing on workflows that support the delivery of large and complex projects.

He entered the industry in 2008 and has since developed expertise in leveraging data and automation to improve efficiency. Jonathan has worked on major projects such as Manchester Airport, AWE, Red Sea Airport, and Al Maktoum, bringing leadership and innovation to every venture.

Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Christian’s technical expertise and coordination skills have been instrumental in managing complex design teams. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Trevor brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the field of hospitality design, having led major interior design projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Since joining us in 2015, he has overseen significant projects, including the interior design, supply, and procurement management of international airports. Trevor’s strategic insight and experience enhance our practice’s capabilities.

Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

Damola, a certified chartered accountant since 2008, provides strategic financial leadership and expert guidance to the board. Damola excels in simplifying complex financial matters, forecasting, and building effective finance teams.

With two MScs in International Accounting and Financial Information Systems, he is a sophisticated analyst dedicated to mentoring, fostering a productive work environment, and supporting sustainable business growth through strategic decision-making.
