Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.

Michael has extensive experience in delivering major projects across various sectors in Ireland, the UK, and abroad.

While leading our offices in Dublin and Limerick since 2005, he is recognised for his problem-solving skills and his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams through complex logistical challenges. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

With strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills, she excels in design coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking. Elisabetta’s career shift from broadcasting to architecture has enriched her multidisciplinary approach, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her projects.

Serra specialises in the aviation and defence sectors, with experience in airport design, master planning, and managing complex project coordination.

Since 2011, Serra has taken on leadership roles in multidisciplinary coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
