Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

With strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills, she excels in design coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking. Elisabetta’s career shift from broadcasting to architecture has enriched her multidisciplinary approach, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her projects.

Deborah, a key member of Pascall + Watson since 2006, has extensive experience across aviation, education, rail, and culture.

She played a crucial role in delivering the international airport in Larnaka, Cyprus, and has a strong background in commercial and residential sectors from her time in Dublin. Known for her ability to navigate complex project requirements, Deborah excels in collaborative team environments, especially in the final stages of construction.

Tom specialises in managing large architectural and multidisciplinary teams on complex aviation projects, with a focus on client relationships and design coordination.

Since starting in the industry in 2000, Tom has developed strong project management, design, and technical skills, particularly in airport terminal design. Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.
