He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Ryan specialises in laboratory and higher education design, bringing a strong focus on both conceptual and technical detail to every project.

Since joining the firm in 2000, he has become known for his lateral thinking and meticulous attention to design detail, with a belief that “the architecture is in the detail.” Ryan also excels in client and contractor management, fostering open, cooperative relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Barry brings a wealth of experience across sectors including education, healthcare, industrial, and workplace. Since qualifying as an architect in 1998, his MSc in Urban Regeneration and Development further equips him to offer strategic, evidence-based advice, adding significant value to projects.

Diego excels in delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations and address environmental considerations. With strong skills in stakeholder collaboration and resource management, he efficiently leads design programmes, making strategic decisions to solve complex challenges.

His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.
