Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Simon began practising in the industry in 1996, bringing years of experience leading large-scale, complex residential developments for top UK developers.

He joined in 2019 and has since become an associate, specialising in project management, strategic concept development, and the detailed implementation of complex projects. His passion for aviation drives his work, making him a key contributor to the team.
