Her ability to navigate intricate design challenges while fostering client relationships has been key to her success across various sectors. Serra’s Master’s in BioDigital Architecture also reflects her passion for integrating natural systems into design.

Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.

With experience in the architectural industry in the UK since 1999 and the UAE since 2008, Tyrone has played a pivotal role in shaping high-profile projects within the company.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

With strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills, she excels in design coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
