However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Serra specialises in the aviation and defence sectors, with experience in airport design, master planning, and managing complex project coordination.

Since 2011, Serra has taken on leadership roles in multidisciplinary coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Her ability to navigate intricate design challenges while fostering client relationships has been key to her success across various sectors. Serra’s Master’s in BioDigital Architecture also reflects her passion for integrating natural systems into design.

Tom specialises in managing large architectural and multidisciplinary teams on complex aviation projects, with a focus on client relationships and design coordination.

Since starting in the industry in 2000, Tom has developed strong project management, design, and technical skills, particularly in airport terminal design. His extensive international experience, combined with a deep understanding of construction principles and industry regulations, makes him a key figure in delivering successful aviation projects.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Ryan specialises in laboratory and higher education design, bringing a strong focus on both conceptual and technical detail to every project.

Since joining the firm in 2000, he has become known for his lateral thinking and meticulous attention to design detail, with a belief that “the architecture is in the detail.” Ryan also excels in client and contractor management, fostering open, cooperative relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Beatriz has worked on a wide range of projects in the UK and internationally, including aviation, education, culture, offices, and sport.

She entered the industry in 2004 and brings strong design and technical knowledge, along with exceptional team leadership, organisation, and task prioritisation skills. Beatriz excels in coordinating all project disciplines within large multidisciplinary projects, developing projects through all phases with precision and expertise.

Eamon has extensive experience in all stages of project design and delivery.

He is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project manager, with expertise in CDM and Health + Safety, which has been valued since joining in 2005. Eamon is known for his collaborative approach, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions across commercial and transport sectors.

Barry brings a wealth of experience across sectors including education, healthcare, industrial, and workplace. Since qualifying as an architect in 1998, his MSc in Urban Regeneration and Development further equips him to offer strategic, evidence-based advice, adding significant value to projects.

Known for his open-minded approach and attention to detail, Barry excels in managing complex processes, encouraging fresh thinking, and achieving positive outcomes, making him a key contributor to our team.
