His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Manuel is an experienced architectural leader known for his success in large-scale projects.

Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Pav has extensive technical expertise in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, with experience across London, Europe, and Asia. Specialising in workplace design, he collaborates with clients to create strategies aligned with their business needs and culture.

Since joining the industry in 2010, Pav has pushed design boundaries while optimising real estate and productivity, combining strong project management and coordination skills, all while leading AI advancement and integration R&D.

Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.

Simon began practising in the industry in 1996, bringing years of experience leading large-scale, complex residential developments for top UK developers.

He joined in 2019 and has since become an associate, specialising in project management, strategic concept development, and the detailed implementation of complex projects. His passion for aviation drives his work, making him a key contributor to the team.

Since 2007, Elena has excelled in architectural design and project management, leading diverse projects from residential to large-scale commercial developments.

With expertise in BIM management, she integrates innovation into the design process to optimise outcomes.
