Since 2007, Elena has excelled in architectural design and project management, leading diverse projects from residential to large-scale commercial developments.

With expertise in BIM management, she integrates innovation into the design process to optimise outcomes. Pav has extensive technical expertise in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, with experience across London, Europe, and Asia. Specialising in workplace design, he collaborates with clients to create strategies aligned with their business needs and culture.

Since joining the industry in 2010, Pav has pushed design boundaries while optimising real estate and productivity, combining strong project management and coordination skills, all while leading AI advancement and integration R&D.

Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.
