Satinder leads multidisciplinary design teams across Education, Science + Research, Workplace, and Commercial sectors in the UK. He excels in stakeholder management, delivering new build, remodelling, and retrofit schemes with a strong focus on sustainability and client needs.

Since 2000, Satinder has combined his project delivery expertise with technical knowledge to ensure high-quality design and successful project outcomes, making him a key figure in driving sustainable and efficient project solutions.

Gary specialises in integrating BIM and information management to enhance project quality and precision. With extensive experience in digital workflows, he ensures seamless data coordination throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Pav has extensive technical expertise in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, with experience across London, Europe, and Asia. Specialising in workplace design, he collaborates with clients to create strategies aligned with their business needs and culture.

Since joining the industry in 2010, Pav has pushed design boundaries while optimising real estate and productivity, combining strong project management and coordination skills, all while leading AI advancement and integration R&D.

Since starting in the industry in 2000, Tom has developed strong project management, design, and technical skills, particularly in airport terminal design. Damola, a certified chartered accountant since 2008, provides strategic financial leadership and expert guidance to the board. Damola excels in simplifying complex financial matters, forecasting, and building effective finance teams.
