Barry brings a wealth of experience across sectors including education, healthcare, industrial, and workplace. Since qualifying as an architect in 1998, his MSc in Urban Regeneration and Development further equips him to offer strategic, evidence-based advice, adding significant value to projects.

Known for his open-minded approach and attention to detail, Barry excels in managing complex processes, encouraging fresh thinking, and achieving positive outcomes, making him a key contributor to our team.

Leena is known for translating our business vision into HR initiatives that drive performance and growth.

Since 2007, she has ensured legal compliance across global offices and implements strategies to boost employee engagement and motivation. Leena excels at aligning individuals and teams with business goals and fostering an inclusive culture that promotes innovation and commitment.

Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

With strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills, she excels in design coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking. Elisabetta’s career shift from broadcasting to architecture has enriched her multidisciplinary approach, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her projects.

Beatriz has worked on a wide range of projects in the UK and internationally, including aviation, education, culture, offices, and sport.

She entered the industry in 2004 and brings strong design and technical knowledge, along with exceptional team leadership, organisation, and task prioritisation skills. Beatriz excels in coordinating all project disciplines within large multidisciplinary projects, developing projects through all phases with precision and expertise.

Michael has extensive experience in the Science, Defence, and Education sectors.

Since starting his career in architecture in 1999, he has developed skills in designing, coordinating, and delivering complex projects that balance design aspirations with stakeholder operational requirements within project constraints. Michael’s expertise in technical design and project management ensures high-quality outcomes for all his projects.

Jonathan specialises in leading BIM initiatives across the practice, focusing on workflows that support the delivery of large and complex projects.

He entered the industry in 2008 and has since developed expertise in leveraging data and automation to improve efficiency. Jonathan has worked on major projects such as Manchester Airport, AWE, Red Sea Airport, and Al Maktoum, bringing leadership and innovation to every venture.

Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Christian’s technical expertise and coordination skills have been instrumental in managing complex design teams. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Daniel specialises in complex design and contract arrangements, focusing on design communication, organisation, and site implementation. His extensive experience in Aviation projects and close collaboration with clients and contractors ensure a refined approach to project delivery. His deep understanding of design processes and construction issues ensures high-quality project outcomes.

As Managing Director, Daniel coordinates the team of directors in managing the company’s broader interests and vision.
