Since joining the aviation sector in 2016, she has combined her extensive knowledge in airport operations with a passion in innovation and technology, which allows her to deliver optimal design solutions to help clients realise their visions.

Gary specialises in integrating BIM and information management to enhance project quality and precision. With extensive experience in digital workflows, he ensures seamless data coordination throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Andy has extensive experience in designing and delivering airport projects of varying scale and complexity.

Since 2000, he has led multidisciplinary teams, mastering airport systems and processes to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. His technical expertise and deep understanding of industry standards have allowed him to successfully manage challenging projects while sharing his established knowledge to support teams across the office.

Since 2003, Martin has led some of the world’s largest aviation projects.

He combines exceptional design and technical skills with strong organisational abilities, and delivers innovative solutions in complex environments. He has received numerous national and international design awards for his work across various sectors.

Wayne specialises in digital design, technology, and transformation within major infrastructure projects and programmes, leading a team focused on digital innovation.

He entered the industry in 2013 and has since become a leader in digital design strategy. Wayne studied under Prof. Peter Morris at UCL and has lectured on design management. He is also a committee member of the Design Technology User Group and an advocate for Women in BIM, promoting industry-wide collaboration and innovation.
