Since joining in 2017, she has excelled in project management, from technical specifications to budget and stakeholder engagement. A mentor for Women in Architecture and Women in BIM, Theresa shares her expertise and knowledge with the next generation, supporting their growth in the industry.

Gary specialises in integrating BIM and information management to enhance project quality and precision. With extensive experience in digital workflows, he ensures seamless data coordination throughout a project’s lifecycle.

A strong advocate for continuous improvement, Gary promotes team upskilling in BIM best practices to foster innovation and efficiency. His dedication to advanced digital solutions ensures the highest standards of accuracy and excellence in project delivery.

Nick develops designs incorporating new technologies while tailoring to clients’ business models.

Among his practice since 2008, he has a specialist interest in Advanced Air Mobility, with experience designing vertiports in the UK, Middle East, and USA. Nick’s innovative approach ensures that his designs respond to the latest industry advancements while meeting the specific needs of each client.
