He excels at leading teams on complex projects, delivering outstanding design outcomes while managing every aspect of the project lifecycle. Having entered the architecture industry in 2010, Jarrod brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project he undertakes.

Phillip specialises in sustainable design and has extensive experience across all stages of large-scale aviation and infrastructure projects.

As a qualified architect since 2012 and RIBA member, Phillip excels in managing multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects efficiently. His deep understanding of the transition to a low-carbon future and commitment to innovation make him a key driver of progress in sustainable architecture.

Beatriz has worked on a wide range of projects in the UK and internationally, including aviation, education, culture, offices, and sport.

She entered the industry in 2004 and brings strong design and technical knowledge, along with exceptional team leadership, organisation, and task prioritisation skills. Beatriz excels in coordinating all project disciplines within large multidisciplinary projects, developing projects through all phases with precision and expertise.

Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.
