Manuel is an experienced architectural leader known for his success in large-scale projects.

Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Wayne specialises in digital design, technology, and transformation within major infrastructure projects and programmes, leading a team focused on digital innovation.

He entered the industry in 2013 and has since become a leader in digital design strategy. Wayne studied under Prof. Peter Morris at UCL and has lectured on design management.
