Vania specialises in aviation projects, bringing a wealth of experience in large-scale master planning, residential, commercial, and cultural developments.

Since joining in 2021, she has focused on delivering complex aviation schemes and applying her expertise to create efficient and forward-thinking design solutions.

Deborah, a key member of Pascall + Watson since 2006, has extensive experience across aviation, education, rail, and culture.

She played a crucial role in delivering the international airport in Larnaka, Cyprus, and has a strong background in commercial and residential sectors from her time in Dublin. Known for her ability to navigate complex project requirements, Deborah excels in collaborative team environments, especially in the final stages of construction.

Andy has extensive experience in designing and delivering airport projects of varying scale and complexity.

Since 2000, he has led multidisciplinary teams, mastering airport systems and processes to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. Since 2011, he has played a key role in implementing the company’s carbon reduction plan, ensuring compliance with SBTi commitments, and advancing social sustainability initiatives. Nimit’s work supports the company’s goal of achieving Net Zero while delivering environmentally responsible and socially impactful projects.

Ryan specialises in laboratory and higher education design, bringing a strong focus on both conceptual and technical detail to every project.
