While leading our offices in Dublin and Limerick since 2005, he is recognised for his problem-solving skills and his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams through complex logistical challenges. Michael fosters strong client relationships and collaborative environments, consistently delivering projects to budget and schedule.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Jonathan specialises in leading BIM initiatives across the practice, focusing on workflows that support the delivery of large and complex projects.

He entered the industry in 2008 and has since developed expertise in leveraging data and automation to improve efficiency. Jonathan has worked on major projects such as Manchester Airport, AWE, Red Sea Airport, and Al Maktoum, bringing leadership and innovation to every venture.

Julian has accrued extensive experience across the transportation, commercial, hospitality, and cultural sectors since 1993.

He specialises in managing complex projects with multiple interfaces, leveraging his project management expertise to ensure high-quality design and delivery. Julian is actively involved in all design stages, promoting collaboration across client, design, and construction teams.

Trevor brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the field of hospitality design, having led major interior design projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Since joining us in 2015, he has overseen significant projects, including the interior design, supply, and procurement management of international airports. Trevor’s strategic insight and experience enhance our practice’s capabilities.

Theresa entered the industry in 2007 and has extensive experience across the aviation, education, residential, leisure, and hospitality sectors in Australia and the UK.

Since joining in 2017, she has excelled in project management, from technical specifications to budget and stakeholder engagement. A mentor for Women in Architecture and Women in BIM, Theresa shares her expertise and knowledge with the next generation, supporting their growth in the industry.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Phillip specialises in sustainable design and has extensive experience across all stages of large-scale aviation and infrastructure projects.

As a qualified architect since 2012 and RIBA member, Phillip excels in managing multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects efficiently. His deep understanding of the transition to a low-carbon future and commitment to innovation make him a key driver of progress in sustainable architecture.
