Theresa entered the industry in 2007 and has extensive experience across the aviation, education, residential, leisure, and hospitality sectors in Australia and the UK.

Since joining in 2017, she has excelled in project management, from technical specifications to budget and stakeholder engagement. A mentor for Women in Architecture and Women in BIM, Theresa shares her expertise and knowledge with the next generation, supporting their growth in the industry.

Since 2011, Serra has taken on leadership roles in multidisciplinary coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.
