Nimit specialises in sustainable project design with expertise in carbon analysis, retrofitting, and creating community-focused spaces.

Since 2011, he has played a key role in implementing the company’s carbon reduction plan, ensuring compliance with SBTi commitments, and advancing social sustainability initiatives. Nimit’s work supports the company’s goal of achieving Net Zero while delivering environmentally responsible and socially impactful projects.

Michael has extensive experience in delivering major projects across various sectors in Ireland, the UK, and abroad.

While leading our offices in Dublin and Limerick since 2005, he is recognised for his problem-solving skills and his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams through complex logistical challenges. Michael fosters strong client relationships and collaborative environments, consistently delivering projects to budget and schedule.

Wayne specialises in digital design, technology, and transformation within major infrastructure projects and programmes, leading a team focused on digital innovation.

He entered the industry in 2013 and has since become a leader in digital design strategy. Wayne studied under Prof. Peter Morris at UCL and has lectured on design management. He is also a committee member of the Design Technology User Group and an advocate for Women in BIM, promoting industry-wide collaboration and innovation.

Tom specialises in managing large architectural and multidisciplinary teams on complex aviation projects, with a focus on client relationships and design coordination.

Since starting in the industry in 2000, Tom has developed strong project management, design, and technical skills, particularly in airport terminal design. His extensive international experience, combined with a deep understanding of construction principles and industry regulations, makes him a key figure in delivering successful aviation projects.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Gin-Yee Luu is an experienced architect with international project expertise across aviation, education, residential, and leisure sectors. Skilled in sustainable design, including PassivHaus standards, and proficient in BIM and Revit, she delivers high-quality results across all project stages.

Gin-Yee’s adaptability, diligence, and attention to detail ensure successful outcomes, making her an asset to every project team.

Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

Kristina specialises in managing diverse projects across multiple regions, focusing on fostering strong teamwork and client relations.

Since entering the industry in 2014, she has worked on three continents, demonstrating her ability to tackle new challenges. Kristina is committed to building professional relationships, ensuring repeat business, and driving growth in the Middle East.
