Since 2008, Diana has built strong client relationships and is known for her communication and teamwork skills, contributing to successful project outcomes. With a MArch in Housing & Urbanism from The Architectural Association, she has applied her thorough approach to all stages of a project, from feasibility to construction.

Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Christian’s technical expertise and coordination skills have been instrumental in managing complex design teams. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Diego has worked across multiple sectors, including conservation, private residential, sports, rail, and custodial projects.

He entered the industry in 2007, bringing technical excellence and a thorough approach to understanding project requirements. Diego excels in delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations and address environmental considerations. With strong skills in stakeholder collaboration and resource management, he efficiently leads design programmes, making strategic decisions to solve complex challenges.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Wayne specialises in digital design, technology, and transformation within major infrastructure projects and programmes, leading a team focused on digital innovation.

He entered the industry in 2013 and has since become a leader in digital design strategy. Wayne studied under Prof. Peter Morris at UCL and has lectured on design management. He is also a committee member of the Design Technology User Group and an advocate for Women in BIM, promoting industry-wide collaboration and innovation.

Trevor brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the field of hospitality design, having led major interior design projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Since joining us in 2015, he has overseen significant projects, including the interior design, supply, and procurement management of international airports. Trevor’s strategic insight and experience enhance our practice’s capabilities.

Damola, a certified chartered accountant since 2008, provides strategic financial leadership and expert guidance to the board. Damola excels in simplifying complex financial matters, forecasting, and building effective finance teams.

With two MScs in International Accounting and Financial Information Systems, he is a sophisticated analyst dedicated to mentoring, fostering a productive work environment, and supporting sustainable business growth through strategic decision-making.

Daniel specialises in complex design and contract arrangements, focusing on design communication, organisation, and site implementation. His extensive experience in Aviation projects and close collaboration with clients and contractors ensure a refined approach to project delivery. His deep understanding of design processes and construction issues ensures high-quality project outcomes.

As Managing Director, Daniel coordinates the team of directors in managing the company’s broader interests and vision.

Paul specialises in the healthcare and rail sectors, bringing a strong focus on design quality and client needs.

Since joining Pascall + Watson in 2010, Paul has effectively led the coordination of complex projects, ensuring seamless delivery. His commitment to understanding and meeting client expectations, combined with his leadership skills, has been integral to his success across a wide range of projects.
