Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Tony has extensive experience across transportation, commercial, education, and hospitality sectors.

Since 1994, Tony has presented skills in delivering complex projects within multi-faceted environments, promoting BIM technologies and collaborative working. Tony’s expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams has been demonstrated in the successful realisation of numerous high-profile infrastructure projects.

Simon began practising in the industry in 1996, bringing years of experience leading large-scale, complex residential developments for top UK developers.

He joined in 2019 and has since become an associate, specialising in project management, strategic concept development, and the detailed implementation of complex projects. His passion for aviation drives his work, making him a key contributor to the team.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Vania specialises in aviation projects, bringing a wealth of experience in large-scale master planning, residential, commercial, and cultural developments.

Since joining in 2021, she has focused on delivering complex aviation schemes and applying her expertise to create efficient and forward-thinking design solutions.

Daniel specialises in complex design and contract arrangements, focusing on design communication, organisation, and site implementation. His extensive experience in Aviation projects and close collaboration with clients and contractors ensure a refined approach to project delivery. His deep understanding of design processes and construction issues ensures high-quality project outcomes.

As Managing Director, Daniel coordinates the team of directors in managing the company’s broader interests and vision.

Kristina specialises in managing diverse projects across multiple regions, focusing on fostering strong teamwork and client relations.

Since entering the industry in 2014, she has worked on three continents, demonstrating her ability to tackle new challenges. Kristina is committed to building professional relationships, ensuring repeat business, and driving growth in the Middle East. Her leadership style encourages collaboration, while her ambition supports the company’s expansion into new markets and projects.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Nimit specialises in sustainable project design with expertise in carbon analysis, retrofitting, and creating community-focused spaces.

Since 2011, he has played a key role in implementing the company’s carbon reduction plan, ensuring compliance with SBTi commitments, and advancing social sustainability initiatives. Nimit’s work supports the company’s goal of achieving Net Zero while delivering environmentally responsible and socially impactful projects.
