Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Andy has extensive experience in designing and delivering airport projects of varying scale and complexity.

Since 2000, he has led multidisciplinary teams, mastering airport systems and processes to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. His technical expertise and deep understanding of industry standards have allowed him to successfully manage challenging projects while sharing his established knowledge to support teams across the office.

Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.

Michael has extensive experience in delivering major projects across various sectors in Ireland, the UK, and abroad.

While leading our offices in Dublin and Limerick since 2005, he is recognised for his problem-solving skills and his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams through complex logistical challenges. Michael fosters strong client relationships and collaborative environments, consistently delivering projects to budget and schedule.

Barry brings a wealth of experience across sectors including education, healthcare, industrial, and workplace. Since qualifying as an architect in 1998, his MSc in Urban Regeneration and Development further equips him to offer strategic, evidence-based advice, adding significant value to projects.

Known for his open-minded approach and attention to detail, Barry excels in managing complex processes, encouraging fresh thinking, and achieving positive outcomes, making him a key contributor to our team.

Since 2007, Elena has excelled in architectural design and project management, leading diverse projects from residential to large-scale commercial developments.

With expertise in BIM management, she integrates innovation into the design process to optimise outcomes. Elena’s strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing budgets and client relationships.

Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Nick develops designs incorporating new technologies while tailoring to clients’ business models.

Among his practice since 2008, he has a specialist interest in Advanced Air Mobility, with experience designing vertiports in the UK, Middle East, and USA. Nick’s innovative approach ensures that his designs respond to the latest industry advancements while meeting the specific needs of each client.

Diana is a Brazilian-Spanish architect, with an extensive portfolio of international work focusing on transportation projects of varying scales.
 
Since 2008, Diana has built strong client relationships and is known for her communication and teamwork skills, contributing to successful project outcomes. With a MArch in Housing & Urbanism from The Architectural Association, she has applied her thorough approach to all stages of a project, from feasibility to construction.
