Andy has extensive experience in designing and delivering airport projects of varying scale and complexity.

Since 2000, he has led multidisciplinary teams, mastering airport systems and processes to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. His technical expertise and deep understanding of industry standards have allowed him to successfully manage challenging projects while sharing his established knowledge to support teams across the office.

Trevor brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the field of hospitality design, having led major interior design projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Since joining us in 2015, he has overseen significant projects, including the interior design, supply, and procurement management of international airports. Trevor’s strategic insight and experience enhance our practice’s capabilities.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Phillip specialises in sustainable design and has extensive experience across all stages of large-scale aviation and infrastructure projects.

As a qualified architect since 2012 and RIBA member, Phillip excels in managing multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects efficiently. His deep understanding of the transition to a low-carbon future and commitment to innovation make him a key driver of progress in sustainable architecture.

Michael has extensive experience in the Science, Defence, and Education sectors.

Since starting his career in architecture in 1999, he has developed skills in designing, coordinating, and delivering complex projects that balance design aspirations with stakeholder operational requirements within project constraints. Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.
