He entered the industry in 2013 and has since become a leader in digital design strategy. Wayne studied under Prof. Peter Morris at UCL and has lectured on design management. Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design.
