He entered the industry in 2008 and has since developed expertise in leveraging data and automation to improve efficiency. Jonathan has worked on major projects such as Manchester Airport, AWE, Red Sea Airport, and Al Maktoum, bringing leadership and innovation to every venture.

Serra specialises in the aviation and defence sectors, with experience in airport design, master planning, and managing complex project coordination.

Since 2011, Serra has taken on leadership roles in multidisciplinary coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Serra’s Master’s in BioDigital Architecture also reflects her passion for integrating natural systems into design.

He entered the industry in 2013 and has since become a leader in digital design strategy. Wayne studied under Prof. Peter Morris at UCL and has lectured on design management. He is also a committee member of the Design Technology User Group and an advocate for Women in BIM, promoting industry-wide collaboration and innovation.
