Eamon has extensive experience in all stages of project design and delivery.

He is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project manager, with expertise in CDM and Health + Safety, which has been valued since joining in 2005. Eamon is known for his collaborative approach, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions across commercial and transport sectors.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Myles specialises in major infrastructure, transport, commercial, and cultural projects, with a focus on design management and interdisciplinary coordination.

Since entering the industry, he has gained extensive international experience in airport design and has been involved in all project phases, from design to construction. His strengths lie in stakeholder communication, on-site coordination with consultants, and attention to detail, ensuring successful project delivery.

Since starting his career in architecture in 1999, he has developed skills in designing, coordinating, and delivering complex projects that balance design aspirations with stakeholder operational requirements within project constraints. Michael’s expertise in technical design and project management ensures high-quality outcomes for all his projects.

Nitesh is a creative designer and team leader known for realising innovative design solutions.

Since 2001, he has delivered high-profile transport and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally. Nitesh is skilled at understanding complex project requirements and fostering a collaborative approach to motivate stakeholders and design teams effectively.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

With strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills, she excels in design coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking. Elisabetta’s career shift from broadcasting to architecture has enriched her multidisciplinary approach, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her projects.
