Paul specialises in the healthcare and rail sectors, bringing a strong focus on design quality and client needs.

Since joining Pascall + Watson in 2010, Paul has effectively led the coordination of complex projects, ensuring seamless delivery. His commitment to understanding and meeting client expectations, combined with his leadership skills, has been integral to his success across a wide range of projects.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Trevor brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the field of hospitality design, having led major interior design projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Since joining us in 2015, he has overseen significant projects, including the interior design, supply, and procurement management of international airports. Trevor’s strategic insight and experience enhance our practice’s capabilities.

Michael has extensive experience in the Science, Defence, and Education sectors.

Since starting his career in architecture in 1999, he has developed skills in designing, coordinating, and delivering complex projects that balance design aspirations with stakeholder operational requirements within project constraints. Daniel specialises in complex design and contract arrangements, focusing on design communication, organisation, and site implementation. His extensive experience in Aviation projects and close collaboration with clients and contractors ensure a refined approach to project delivery. His deep understanding of design processes and construction issues ensures high-quality project outcomes.

As Managing Director, Daniel coordinates the team of directors in managing the company’s broader interests and vision.

Nick develops designs incorporating new technologies while tailoring to clients’ business models.

Among his practice since 2008, he has a specialist interest in Advanced Air Mobility, with experience designing vertiports in the UK, Middle East, and USA. Nick’s innovative approach ensures that his designs respond to the latest industry advancements while meeting the specific needs of each client.

James has extensive experience in the transportation sector, as well as projects in hospitality, residential, leisure, and commercial sectors.

Since 2001, he has showcased his strategic thinking as an accomplished designer, with expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project delivery. James excels in stakeholder support, design development, and project management, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
