Since 2011, he has played a key role in implementing the company’s carbon reduction plan, ensuring compliance with SBTi commitments, and advancing social sustainability initiatives. Nimit’s work supports the company’s goal of achieving Net Zero while delivering environmentally responsible and socially impactful projects.

Michael has extensive experience in delivering major projects across various sectors in Ireland, the UK, and abroad.

While leading our offices in Dublin and Limerick since 2005, he is recognised for his problem-solving skills and his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams through complex logistical challenges. Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

With strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills, she excels in design coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking. Elisabetta’s career shift from broadcasting to architecture has enriched her multidisciplinary approach, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her projects.
