Wayne specialises in digital design, technology, and transformation within major infrastructure projects and programmes, leading a team focused on digital innovation.

He entered the industry in 2013 and has since become a leader in digital design strategy. Wayne studied under Prof. Peter Morris at UCL and has lectured on design management. He is also a committee member of the Design Technology User Group and an advocate for Women in BIM, promoting industry-wide collaboration and innovation.

Myles specialises in major infrastructure, transport, commercial, and cultural projects, with a focus on design management and interdisciplinary coordination.

Since entering the industry, he has gained extensive international experience in airport design and has been involved in all project phases, from design to construction. His strengths lie in stakeholder communication, on-site coordination with consultants, and attention to detail, ensuring successful project delivery.

Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Yunheng specialises in design focused, strategic planning-based aviation projects, and has served as a design lead for many high-profile competitions.

Since joining the aviation sector in 2016, she has combined her extensive knowledge in airport operations with a passion in innovation and technology, which allows her to deliver optimal design solutions to help clients realise their visions.

Serra specialises in the aviation and defence sectors, with experience in airport design, master planning, and managing complex project coordination.

Since 2011, Serra has taken on leadership roles in multidisciplinary coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Her ability to navigate intricate design challenges while fostering client relationships has been key to her success across various sectors. Serra’s Master’s in BioDigital Architecture also reflects her passion for integrating natural systems into design.

Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.

Theresa entered the industry in 2007 and has extensive experience across the aviation, education, residential, leisure, and hospitality sectors in Australia and the UK.

Since joining in 2017, she has excelled in project management, from technical specifications to budget and stakeholder engagement. A mentor for Women in Architecture and Women in BIM, Theresa shares her expertise and knowledge with the next generation, supporting their growth in the industry.

Nimit specialises in sustainable project design with expertise in carbon analysis, retrofitting, and creating community-focused spaces.

Since 2011, he has played a key role in implementing the company’s carbon reduction plan, ensuring compliance with SBTi commitments, and advancing social sustainability initiatives. Nimit’s work supports the company’s goal of achieving Net Zero while delivering environmentally responsible and socially impactful projects.
