Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.

Kristina specialises in managing diverse projects across multiple regions, focusing on fostering strong teamwork and client relations.

Since entering the industry in 2014, she has worked on three continents, demonstrating her ability to tackle new challenges. Gin-Yee Luu is an experienced architect with international project expertise across aviation, education, residential, and leisure sectors. Skilled in sustainable design, including PassivHaus standards, and proficient in BIM and Revit, she delivers high-quality results across all project stages.

Andy has extensive experience in designing and delivering airport projects of varying scale and complexity.

Since 2000, he has led multidisciplinary teams, mastering airport systems and processes to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. Yunheng specialises in design focused, strategic planning-based aviation projects, and has served as a design lead for many high-profile competitions.

Since joining the aviation sector in 2016, she has combined her extensive knowledge in airport operations with a passion in innovation and technology, which allows her to deliver optimal design solutions to help clients realise their visions.

Barry brings a wealth of experience across sectors including education, healthcare, industrial, and workplace. Since qualifying as an architect in 1998, his MSc in Urban Regeneration and Development further equips him to offer strategic, evidence-based advice, adding significant value to projects.
