Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Since 2011, Serra has taken on leadership roles in multidisciplinary coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Tony’s expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams has been demonstrated in the successful realisation of numerous high-profile infrastructure projects.

Ryan specialises in laboratory and higher education design, bringing a strong focus on both conceptual and technical detail to every project.

Since joining the firm in 2000, he has become known for his lateral thinking and meticulous attention to design detail, with a belief that “the architecture is in the detail.” Ryan also excels in client and contractor management, fostering open, cooperative relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

He entered the industry in 2008 and has since developed expertise in leveraging data and automation to improve efficiency. Jonathan has worked on major projects such as Manchester Airport, AWE, Red Sea Airport, and Al Maktoum, bringing leadership and innovation to every venture.
