He specialises in managing complex projects with multiple interfaces, leveraging his project management expertise to ensure high-quality design and delivery. Julian is actively involved in all design stages, promoting collaboration across client, design, and construction teams.

His extensive experience in Aviation projects and close collaboration with clients and contractors ensure a refined approach to project delivery. Since 2011, Serra has taken on leadership roles in multidisciplinary coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Her ability to navigate intricate design challenges while fostering client relationships has been key to her success across various sectors. Serra’s Master’s in BioDigital Architecture also reflects her passion for integrating natural systems into design.
