Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Andy has extensive experience in designing and delivering airport projects of varying scale and complexity.

Since 2000, he has led multidisciplinary teams, mastering airport systems and processes to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. His technical expertise and deep understanding of industry standards have allowed him to successfully manage challenging projects while sharing his established knowledge to support teams across the office.

Simon began practising in the industry in 1996, bringing years of experience leading large-scale, complex residential developments for top UK developers.

He joined in 2019 and has since become an associate, specialising in project management, strategic concept development, and the detailed implementation of complex projects. His passion for aviation drives his work, making him a key contributor to the team.

Since joining the aviation sector in 2016, she has combined her extensive knowledge in airport operations with a passion in innovation and technology, which allows her to deliver optimal design solutions to help clients realise their visions.

Phillip specialises in sustainable design and has extensive experience across all stages of large-scale aviation and infrastructure projects.

As a qualified architect since 2012 and RIBA member, Phillip excels in managing multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects efficiently. His deep understanding of the transition to a low-carbon future and commitment to innovation make him a key driver of progress in sustainable architecture.

Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

With strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills, she excels in design coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking. Elisabetta’s career shift from broadcasting to architecture has enriched her multidisciplinary approach, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her projects.

Trevor brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the field of hospitality design, having led major interior design projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Since joining us in 2015, he has overseen significant projects, including the interior design, supply, and procurement management of international airports. Trevor’s strategic insight and experience enhance our practice’s capabilities.

Pav has extensive technical expertise in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, with experience across London, Europe, and Asia. Specialising in workplace design, he collaborates with clients to create strategies aligned with their business needs and culture.
