Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Damola, a certified chartered accountant since 2008, provides strategic financial leadership and expert guidance to the board. Damola excels in simplifying complex financial matters, forecasting, and building effective finance teams.

With two MScs in International Accounting and Financial Information Systems, he is a sophisticated analyst dedicated to mentoring, fostering a productive work environment, and supporting sustainable business growth through strategic decision-making.

Deborah, a key member of Pascall + Watson since 2006, has extensive experience across aviation, education, rail, and culture.

She played a crucial role in delivering the international airport in Larnaka, Cyprus, and has a strong background in commercial and residential sectors from her time in Dublin. Known for her ability to navigate complex project requirements, Deborah excels in collaborative team environments, especially in the final stages of construction.

Gary specialises in integrating BIM and information management to enhance project quality and precision. With extensive experience in digital workflows, he ensures seamless data coordination throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Eamon has extensive experience in all stages of project design and delivery.

He is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project manager, with expertise in CDM and Health + Safety, which has been valued since joining in 2005. Eamon is known for his collaborative approach, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions across commercial and transport sectors.

Tony has extensive experience across transportation, commercial, education, and hospitality sectors.

Since 1994, Tony has presented skills in delivering complex projects within multi-faceted environments, promoting BIM technologies and collaborative working. Manuel is an experienced architectural leader known for his success in large-scale projects.

Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design.
