Blueprints of Talent—a video series that shines a spotlight on the incredible individuals who make up the P+W family.
This series goes beyond the projects we are working on. It’s about what drives our team, their passions, the changes they’re striving for in our industry, and what makes them a unique talent.
Our first episode features Johannah Fening, who shares her inspiring journey and her efforts to encourage more people of color to enter Architecture and Design.
This four-part series presents findings from a Roundtable organised by Pascall+Watson, hosted at Interchange in Manchester, UK, in early 2026.Interchange is one of the UK’s leading annual conferences and exhibitions focused on integrating transport infrastructure, technology, and city planning. The event brings together industry leaders to discuss decarbonisation, amongst other topics.
