His extensive experience in Aviation projects and close collaboration with clients and contractors ensure a refined approach to project delivery. His deep understanding of design processes and construction issues ensures high-quality project outcomes.

As Managing Director, Daniel coordinates the team of directors in managing the company’s broader interests and vision.

Since 1993, Martin has led some of the world’s largest aviation projects.

He combines exceptional design and technical skills with strong organisational abilities, and delivers innovative solutions in complex environments. He has received numerous national and international design awards for his work across various sectors.

Myles specialises in major infrastructure, transport, commercial, and cultural projects, with a focus on design management and interdisciplinary coordination.

Since entering the industry, he has gained extensive international experience in airport design and has been involved in all project phases, from design to construction. His strengths lie in stakeholder communication, on-site coordination with consultants, and attention to detail, ensuring successful project delivery.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Julian has accrued extensive experience across the transportation, commercial, hospitality, and cultural sectors since 1993.

He specialises in managing complex projects with multiple interfaces, leveraging his project management expertise to ensure high-quality design and delivery. Julian is actively involved in all design stages, promoting collaboration across client, design, and construction teams.

Diego has worked across multiple sectors, including conservation, private residential, sports, rail, and custodial projects.

He entered the industry in 2007, bringing technical excellence and a thorough approach to understanding project requirements. Diego excels in delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations and address environmental considerations. Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
