Pascall+Watson are working on a variety of projects across the aviation, rail, education, healthcare, leisure and hospitality sectors which are due to hit significant milestones or complete this year.
In aviation, UK projects scheduled for completion include Manchester Airport’s Pier 1 as part of the £1bn Transformation Programme and the UK’s first digital air traffic control tower as part of the London City Airport Development Programme. At Stansted Airport, the new arrivals terminal building is due to go on site.
International projects include the opening of the new Beijing Daxing International Airport in September, the full opening of the £5.1bn new terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport and the completion of the Terminal 2 Retail Development at Dublin Airport.
In rail, our station upgrade and implementation of a new wayfinding & branding strategy across the Heathrow campus will complete, and we continue to develop all of the 13 Crossrail stations along the western corridor; from Acton to Maidenhead and Heathrow.
In education, projects scheduled for completion include the new Film & Media Centre at the University for the Creative Arts, the Dyson School of Design Engineering at Imperial College London and the next phase of our redevelopment of Queen Mary University of London’s engineering building.
In healthcare, the new €18m Community Nursing Unit & Day Care Centre at Tymon North is due for completion in April.
In leisure and hospitality, the Reem Snow Park is due to go on site and the new five-star Shaza Hotel Doha will open its doors for business.
