Pascall+Watson’s design for the University for the Creative Arts’ (UCA) new Film and Media Centre has received planning approval from Waverley Borough Council.
The project is part of the masterplan Pascall+Watson developed for the Farnham campus, to support future growth and evolving teaching practices.
The 1,000m² building will accommodate students studying performing arts, film studies and music composition and technology with state-of-the-art facilities.
The design aims to achieve a 30% improved thermal efficiency against standard building regulations.
This project is part of our ongoing contribution to the campus’ development over the last five years.
