Following our successful design and delivery of two highly specialised metals and research facilities, Pascall+Watson have been appointed by Brunel University London to design a third bespoke unit at its Uxbridge campus.

Located within the university’s Science Park, the Advanced Metals Casting and Processing Centres support the UK’s manufacturing sector by conducting pioneering academic research and industrial development in the processing of high performance aluminium and magnesium alloys.

The laboratory will be developed to accommodate industrial sized research equipment and specialist microscopic scanning machines, together with supporting technicians offices.

Our work with Brunel University has enabled it to secure funding from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, Innovate UK, the Higher Education Funding Council for England and industrial partners.
