As part of our ongoing association with Heathrow Airport, Pascall+Watson’s wayfinding and aviation design teams have combined their expertise to improve the passenger journey across Terminal 4, Terminal 5 and the Central Terminals Area (CTA) for Heathrow Rail.

The scheme develops the Terminal 4 and CTA stations, platforms, tunnels and atrium in line with the wayfinding strategy, to improve landside connections within the restricted environment.

A new signage and product branding identity has been created to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience.

Currently on site, the project is due for completion by March 2018, ahead of the new Crossrail Elizabeth Line and Southern Rail routes being introduced.
