This prestigious award recognises Johannah’s outstanding commitment to supporting the next generation of architects and driving meaningful change across the profession. 

Over the past year, she has mentored students and Part 3 candidates, provided specialist teaching on Oxford Brookes University’s RIBA Foundation in Architecture course, and led Pascall+Watson’s internal Part 3 study group, offering both academic and pastoral support during a critical stage of professional development.

Beyond individual mentoring, Johannah has played a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of POC in Architecture, helping to create opportunities, resources and networks that support greater representation across the industry.

Her innovative programmes, including mock examinations, career guidance and industry insight initiatives, have helped participants gain confidence, improve academic performance and successfully progress into employment and professional qualification.
