Celebrating International Women’s Day: Give to Gain
This International Women’s Day, our London studio came together to celebrate this year’s theme: Give to Gain. The afternoon brought together colleagues for meaningful conversation, reflection, and community action.
Inspiration and Affirmation
The celebration centred around sharing positive messages and recognition. Affirmation cards were distributed throughout the gathering – for the women in our team to keep, and for male colleagues to take home and share with inspiring women in their lives.
Voices and Wisdom
A collaborative pinboard invited everyone to contribute their thoughts on two important questions: What advice would you give to the next generation of women? and Name a woman who inspires you and why? The responses were thoughtful, honest, and genuinely moving – reflecting the diverse perspectives and experiences within our team.
Supporting Forgotten Women
The event included a charitable collection supporting Forgotten Women, an organisation transforming the lives of vulnerable women worldwide. Founded in 2013 in response to the Syrian conflict, Forgotten Women has spent over nine years delivering safe aid and support to women across Syria, Gaza, Afghanistan, Yemen, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Malawi and the UK. Their work is built on one core belief: no woman should ever have to choose between her dignity and her survival.
This celebration reflects our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where diverse voices are heard and valued. As a practice, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset, and we are dedicated to supporting initiatives that make a positive impact both within our studios and in the wider community.
