Pascall+Watson recently joined over 500 aviation leaders at one of the industry’s most significant events – the British Aviation Group Annual Dinner at The Brewery in London.
The annual BAG dinner brings together significant players in UK aviation – from airport operators to consultants, manufacturers to architects. This year’s event was particularly special for us as it marked our very own Matthew Butters‘ transition from BAG Chair to Vice Chairman, with Tim Walder taking on the leadership role.
Matthew’s chairmanship over recent years has been remarkable, particularly through the challenges of COVID and the industry’s recovery. His new position as Vice Chairman ensures Pascall+Watson Architects continues to have a strong voice in shaping UK aviation’s future.
“I am grateful to have served as chair during a time when BAG has continued to grow and adapt, and I am pleased to hand over the chairmanship to Tim Walder, who will lead such a resilient organisation as the UK aviation industry moves forward”

Joining from Pascall+Watson were Matthew Butters, Martin Neilan, Nitesh Naidoo, Julian Carlson, and Manuel Cruz. We also had Alberto Roa, Theresa Pan, and Tony Ward representing us at other industry tables across the venue.
The evening’s discussions centered on sustainable aviation and net-zero airports – themes that resonate strongly with our design approach. As annual sponsors alongside companies like Bechtel, Fujitsu, and Amadeus, we were proud to support this important gathering.
"Another great evening at the BAG Dinner. Lots of fun and wonderful catching up with friends and colleagues across the industry. A special thank you to all our guests at the Pascall+Watson table."
