Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay has opened on Saudi Arabia’s north-western Red Sea coast, becoming the first resort to begin operations at Red Sea Global’s AMAALA destination. The opening marks a defining moment in the development of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 tourism programme and sets a new standard for regenerative luxury hospitality.
Pascall+Watson contributed to this project as Technical Architect, working alongside design architect U+A. Our scope covered Schematic Design, Detailed Design, and Issue For Construction packages, supporting the project through its critical technical delivery stages and ensuring the design intent was fully realised at construction.
Situated within the picturesque Hijaz Cove, the resort is an exemplary model of sustainable luxury in the hospitality industry, with its primary objective being to showcase the breathtaking surroundings while offering unparalleled hospitality experiences. The development spans 62,945 sqm and offers 220 keys across rooms, suites, and private pool villas. The 26 branded residential villas each feature their own private pool and command panoramic views across the bay and the Red Sea.
Sustainability is at the core of the resort’s design intent. The development operates on 100% renewable energy and is supported by zero-waste management systems, demonstrating that responsible development and an outstanding guest experience can work in concert. This approach reflects Red Sea Global’s commitment to regenerative tourism and aligns directly with Pascall+Watson’s own values as a certified carbon neutral practice.
The resort’s wellness facilities anchor the guest experience. The HYLIAA Wellness and Spa spans 2,095 sqm and is complemented by a 511 sqm fitness facility. Guests can choose from six open-air dining venues, enjoy five resort pools and a 900-metre private beach, and make use of more than 1,000 sqm of flexible event space. The broader Triple Bay destination also provides access to the AMAALA Yacht Club and the Corallium Marine Life Institute.
This is the first of several resorts planned to open at AMAALA in 2026, as the destination continues to establish itself as a leading global address for luxury wellness tourism.
