Pascall+Watson are part of the WSP multidisciplinary team delivering a luxurious five star family hotel and a 22,000m² retail and restaurant development, as part of the new Yas South Integrated Destination Resort in Abu Dhabi.

Currently on site, the 74,000m² Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Resort comprises 545 rooms, a multi-purpose convention and meeting facility, swimming pools, multiple restaurants, entertainment amenities and a beach club.

The retail and restaurant development is spread across four distinct zones (Promenade, Boardwalk, Destination Pier, Entertainment & Adventure) and is inspired by the culture’s historic open courtyards, markets, gardens and shaded walkways.

Developed by Miral Asset Management, the vibrant and compelling resort will contribute to establishing Abu Dhabi as a global tourism and leisure hub.
