Dublin Airport Terminal 2 has received a Structural Steel Design Award 2010.

The judges commented:

"The design provides an exceptionally user-friendly experience; the expression of the steel structure is clear, with consistent detailing.

The project has been constructed in a short time period amidst the day-to-day life of a busy international airport.

A well executed project which demonstrates close cooperation between all involved, and a fine example of the capabilities of steelwork"

The award recognises the innovative design solution, dedication and determination of the Pascall+Watson team that has seen this landmark project from inception through to completion.
