Having successfully delivered the first phase of Queen Mary University of London’s (QMUL) major transformation project, Pascall+Watson are currently completing the second phase and have been appointed to develop the third phase for the Schools of Engineering & Materials Science (SEMS) and Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EECS).
Our scope includes the development of the existing 1950’s Engineering Building and will feature a new Creative Engineering Hub and Robotics Engineering Suite.
The scheme will reduce carbon omissions, improve energy efficiency and promote sustainable design.
Upon completion in December 2018, the five-storey building will provide state-of-the-art teaching and specialist research facilities for undergraduate, masters and doctoral research students.
