Pascall+Watson Director, Julian Carlson, will speak at Passenger Terminal Expo, taking place in Cologne on 15-17 March 2016.

On Wednesday 16 March, Julian will explore how ‘Retail is another Passenger Process’. He will examine how this dynamic and important process can be fully integrated with other passenger processes, in order to maximise opportunities.

Passenger Terminal Expo was founded in 1997. The event has firmly established itself as the most highly regarded airport terminal conference and exhibition in the world, providing the most significant occasion for the airport and airline industries to debate current issues and form business relationships on a global scale.
