Pascall+Watson has been selected as a finalist for the Building Design (BD) Architect of the Year Environmental Excellence Award in recognition of our low energy designs for the Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences (IBERS) at Aberystwyth University.

The Environmental Excellence Award honours the project that shows the clearest commitment to meeting the challenge of climate change and raising the understanding of sustainability.

The purpose of the new Research Facilities at the Gogerddan Campus and Teaching and Research Facilities at the Penglais Campus, is to ensure food, energy and water security in response to a changing climate by providing a world-class research and learning hub.
