Pascall+Watson’s design for Treaty City Brewing Company’s new micro-brewery has received planning approval from Limerick City and County Council (LCCC).

Located in the city’s medieval quarter, the development is part of a LCCC strategy to rejuvenate the local area by transforming existing buildings, providing an enhanced tourism offering.

The two-storey redevelopment comprises a micro-brewery with an observational deck, ticket and retail areas and staff office facilities.

The project is scheduled for completion later this year.
