The University for the Creative Arts (UCA) has revealed plans to the local community for the new Pascall+Watson designed student residences at its Farnham Campus.
Having successfully completed a comprehensive feasibility study, Pascall+Watson were appointed to provide architectural and landscape design services for the proposed scheme, which includes five new purpose-built student residences for around 245 students and new communal spaces.
Designed to integrate into the campus and consistent with the existing streetscape, the project represents the next stage in Pascall+Watson’s campus-wide masterplan.
The project complements our long-standing relationship and portfolio of work with UCA including, a new Film & Media Centre, remodelling of existing performing arts facilities and Hopfield House, a new modular construction office building.
