The route through the departures lounge from security to the piers originally by-passed the retail offer. This new scheme, recently delivered by Pascall+Watson, orientates the passenger to the centre of the retail area. From here retail units are clustered into executive, family and 'high-flyer' zones, encouraging greater enjoyment and promoting a higher yield from the passenger.
