Perishable Goods Facility

British Airways World Cargo was the client for this £4m facility at Heathrow Airport. Pascall+Watson led the design team for the internal fit-out of the Border Inspection Post, Chilled store, Goods Handling Area, Packhouse and Operator offices. Pascall Watson spearheaded the cooperation of both the Developer, (BAA Lynton) and the client to provide a high performance external envelope with a single component. This resulted in an economic design solution and faster construction process, which embodies the Egan ethos of 'best practice' in design and construction.
