Health+Medical Research Facility

Commissioned because of our reputation for delivering complex design projects, Pascall+Watson were asked to design and construct a new Health+Medical Research facility, for Durham University. The project comprising office, laboratories and research facilities was designed to develop a relationship with the River Tees running alongside the site. The concept developed a courtyard community type building with open views of the river. The project was delivered on budget within a very tight timescale of 20 months from inception to occupancy.
