Neat's Court

Pascall+Watson architects are currently designing a new £9m landmark low energy office building for the housing association group Amicus Horizon. The project will be the flagship development for a Masterplan designed to rejuvenate a deprived area on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent. The brief requires that the building design meets the highest environmental standards. It's designed to achieve the highest BREEAM rating for Offices. The architecture engages in the evolution of contemporary office building form. The use of passive ventilation design will reduce reliance on mechanical systems.
