Heathrow Terminal 5
Pascall+Watson architects were appointed by BAA, as architectural design team leaders for the £4.3 billion Terminal 5 facility at London Heathrow airport. Our appointment was based on our expert knowledge of airport design, our abilities as designers and our commitment to delivering complex infrastructure projects. Opened in March 2008, the new facility is able to handle up to 30mppa, making it the largest single aviation project ever to be undertaken in the UK. The Project won a RIBA National Award in 2008.
