Since joining Pascall+Watson in 1992, Steve has acquired a wealth of knowledge & experience spanning the full spectrum of the building design & construction process - from inception to completion. Striking the balance between design quality & lean, efficient processes is a key driver in his approach, offering the optimum value to clients. As well as shaping & evolving design management procedures within the company, he has worked extensively at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted & Birmingham International Airports. Notably, Steve was Architectural Design Team Leader for the Heathrow Terminal 5 project, managing & co-ordinating the activities of the various design teams. Steve has first-hand experience of numerous procurement routes & collaborative working methodologies & is able to adapt to the particular nuances of each.
