As Regional Director Ian runs Pascall+Watson's Manchester office. He is experienced in designing a wide range of building types and comes from a multi-disciplinary background working mainly in the commercial, industrial, rail, power generation and waste sectors. He was the Architectural Director responsible for Centrica's £600 M Langage Energy Centre near Plymouth and for Quinn Glass's new £252M factory in Chester. He has experience in due diligence work and in coordinating the preparation complex planning applications involving the full range of environmental impact assessment work and attendance at planning inquiries. He leads a multi-consultancy framework team on a range of projects at Manchester Airport.
