Chris Swales
B.Arch, MA Urban Design, MSc TRP, NVQ5 CPM, CIOB

Chris has received 10 awards during his professional career. In addition to degrees in architecture, urban design and town planning, he holds an NVQ5 in construction project management and has a detailed knowledge of coordinating and delivering complex projects. Chris is currently the team leader for T1 Capital Projects team. He worked on Terminal 5 as Design Leader for the Central Terminal Building before moving to site to run Field Engineering and lead the Car Park team. He was responsible for delivering Satellite 3 at Stansted airport and has worked on Heathrow Terminals 1, 3 and 4.
