He is an outstanding communicator with extensive design management skills and an expert in design team leadership. With over 20 years experience of designing commercial, leisure and education buildings Phil leads our teams working in these sectors. He is an exceptional project design director with specialist knowledge on design, performance delivery and process mapping. He is a director of the Royal Institute of British Architects, has won numerous awards and is regularly published.
