Pascall+Watson to Refurbish Rome Fiumicino Airport KerbsideAugust 2014
Pascall+Watson, with local consultants 3Ti, have been appointed by Aeroporti di Roma to carry out a major Kerbside refurbishment at Rome Fiumicino Airport.
The busy kerbside is serving three terminals and is on both departures and arrivals levels. It comprises: new road layout, walkways, canopies, landscape, lighting, way-finding, signage, advertising, furniture and many other elements. The new kerbside environment will be more functional, intuitive, and pleasant and will enhance the passenger experience.
Speaking on the recent appointment, Alan Lamond, Director said, “We are delighted to be working with Aeroporti Di Roma again and working on such a fascinating project.”
Pascall+Watson with URS and 3Ti previously carried out the 2044 Masterplan at Rome Fiumicino Airport to increase the capacity to over 80 million passengers per year.
